Accordingly, all City, Bureau and any third party information and services is provided "AS IS."
All materials and services are distributed and transmitted "as is" without warranties of any kind. LASAN provides no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data and services furnished.
THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES LASAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
In no event shall the City of Los Angeles or LASAN be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular LASAN shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to LASAN’s SRHFP or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise.
The City of Los Angeles is neither responsible nor liable for any viruses or other contamination of your system, nor for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions, arising out of your use of SRHFP, or with respect to the material and services that it provides, including without limitation, any material posted on the Site. LASAN reserves the right to deny your access to any or all parts of SRHFP at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, when your system is under cyber-attack, or your system is unsafe due to outdated, or inadequate malware scanning and prevention tools.
Indemnification
User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Los Angeles, LASAN and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of the LASAN’s SRHFP.
Disclaimer of Endorsement
Reference herein to any specific commercial products, process, or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the City of Los Angeles or LASAN.
Disclaimer of Duty to Continue Provision of the Data
Due to the dynamic nature of the Internet, resources that are free and publicly available one day may require a fee or restricted access the next, and the location of items may change as menus, home pages, and files are reorganized. User expressly agrees that use of LASAN’s SRHFP is at the user's sole risk. Neither the City of Los Angeles or LASAN nor any of its respective employees warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Feedback Information
Any information provided to LASAN in connection with SRHFP shall be provided by the submitter and received by LASAN on a non-confidential basis. LASAN will make every effort to keep information provided confidential, but no warranty or guarantee is given, either expressed or implied. LASAN shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Please note that the terms Bureau and LA Sanitation and Environment also includes all Bureaus within the Department of Public Works, including the Board of Public Works.
